In response to the Table Top Role Playing Game War of 2023, when the Wizard of the Coast threatened to lay waste to the land and the people who build upon the foundation, called the “OGL 1.0a”, that had been laid more than twenty years before. Thousands, tens of thousands, or maybe even hundreds of creators would be threatened and cajoled to fall under the “OGL 1.1” monstrosity that the wizard created – one forged to replace its predecessor with terms that would bring the Wizard’s new rivals such as the golem, the fat goblin, and the kobold, which had grown with the help of the OGL 1.0a to such an extent as to rival the Wizard’s power.
The Lizard and The Sox braved forth and created new ideas which were not owned and entangled by the contracts and licenses that the Wizard used to ensnare others who had relied on the OGL, instead creating exciting things for people to use and enjoy directly in the public domain. Herein are some of those creatures. 4, currently, 3 with statblocks.
